Oak Court is our exciting redevelopment project, which takes the former office building from unused space to high-quality homes. The complex is located in Brierly Hill, close to the Merry Hill Shopping Centre and just a 10-minute drive from Dudley. The project will welcome 78 stunning one and two-bedroom apartments in total.
Like many towns and cities, Dudley has seen a rise in demand for good quality accommodation. This is not only down to the housing crisis but also due to the prime location experiencing rapid economic growth. We’re proud to be repurposing the former office block, providing the perfect solution to meet the demand for high-quality homes.
For residents wanting to drive beyond the local facilities, there are allocated parking spaces available.
Each apartment comes with a spacious kitchen complete with integrated white goods. Bathrooms are fitted with stunning vanity units and marble tiling and are designed to be spaces of relaxation for residents.
Karndean flooring and carpets run throughout the rooms which add to the sophisticated feel. Every apartment is decorated with neutral-coloured walls and furniture which allow for residents’ personalisation.
Bedrooms are a space of comfort and class, fitted with double beds and wardrobes lined with cabinet lighting.
Oak Court is at the heart of an area that is experiencing extensive regeneration. The West Midlands region is a beautiful area to live in and is home to 10 million people. Due to its strong links to the industry, Dudley is titled the ‘capital’ of the Black Country, making it a historically rich area to live in.
520 miles of canals weave through the geographically diverse area making it perfect for scenic walks for residents.
For residents planning to commute to work, the excellent transport links which are due to be completed in the surrounding areas soon, mean that Oak Court couldn’t be in a more ideal location.
Metro work to improve connections within Dudley town centre is currently underway giving residents a new and direct link to central Birmingham. This is just part of the £1 billion regeneration programme underway to upgrade the facilities of Dudley and it will cut the current journey time by half.
As well as this, the HS2 project due for completion in 2026, is set to improve transport links between Birmingham and London. It is expected to reduce journey times to London to just 49 minutes and will be capable of transporting 26,000 passengers every hour.
Oak Court is in a superb location for residents wanting to get the most out of the area.
Buckpool Local Nature Reserve sits just metres away from the complex, as well as the canalside which is just a 9‑minute walk away from Oak Court.
Other local facilities include the Waterfront Business Park and the Merry Hill Shopping centre which mean that residents don’t need to travel far to find exactly what they need.
