Oak Court is our exciting redevelopment project, which takes the former office building from unused space to high-quality homes. The complex is located in Brierly Hill, close to the Merry Hill Shopping Centre and just a 10-minute drive from Dudley. The project will welcome 78 stunning one and two-bedroom apartments in total.

Oak Court is at the heart of an area that is experiencing extensive regeneration. The West Midlands region is a beautiful area to live in and is home to 10 million people. Due to its strong links to the industry, Dudley is titled the ‘capital’ of the Black Country, making it a historically rich area to live in.

Metro work to improve connections within Dudley town centre is currently underway giving residents a new and direct link to central Birmingham. This is just part of the £1 billion regeneration programme underway to upgrade the facilities of Dudley and it will cut the current journey time by half.

As well as this, the HS2 project due for completion in 2026, is set to improve transport links between Birmingham and London. It is expected to reduce journey times to London to just 49 minutes and will be capable of transporting 26,000 passengers every hour.
