Doncaster-based development company Empire has this month announced its latest round of completions.

Projects include The Courtyard, which provides 24 luxury one and two-bedroom luxury apartments in a quiet gated complex. Located in the much sought-after town of Bishop’s Stortford, close to the centre, the properties have been developed to cater for the increasing number of professionals who find themselves relocating to the area.

Further North, completions include the centrally located Oak Court in Dudley and Wolverhampton’s Churchside development. Both former office buildings, these properties have been carefully redesigned to create accommodation to ease the high demand for affordable housing in the areas. Each apartment is highly-efficient with comfortable, contemporary living spaces; perfect for today’s homeowner.

Charles House is the company’s first development in Preston where they have completed a staggering transformation of a former HMRC building. Boasting around 40,000 feet, they have successfully transformed the space into 70 luxury apartments designed for first-time homeowners and professionals.

And, rounding off their recent round of completions is Bridge House; one of two developments in Leeds. The famous city, which is undergoing significant regeneration, continues to be a popular destination for homeowners. Bridge House caters to the demand for city living space and is located close to fantastic transport links and local amenities. The property itself has been beautifully restored and brings 29 contemporary living spaces to an eager market.

Managing Director of Empire, Paul Says:

We’ve had many of our exciting projects reach completion recently. This includes Churchside, The Courtyard, Charles House, Bridge House and Oak Court.

These recent completions have created 345 units across five different areas of the UK. Each development is ideally situated, giving residents access to local amenities alongside ultra-stylish contemporary living.’

Congratulations and thank you to everyone involved in these projects who have helped to make them a huge success.”
