Builders who are carrying out work to create the town centre landmark on Waterdale have now carried out their lighting tests – showing for the first time how the frontage will look.
Empire, the property development company which is undertaking the transformation of Globe Works mill into apartments, has secured planning permission for the historic building’s crowning glory – a two-storey roof extension which will house 26 apartments.
