A new plan for the future of Sheffield city centre will see a host of new bars, restaurants, shops, and thousands of new homes springing up from the Moor to Castlegate over the coming years, following consultation with residents and businesses.
Yorkshire-based Empire Property has this week received outline planning permission for the gateway £44m Bradshawgate development comprising 269 new homes and commercial retail space. Bolton Council delivered a unanimous decision for approval to bring the development forward.
