The iconic Society House building was formerly occupied by West Bromwich Building Society, acting as their Headquarters. It is at the heart of a 1 billion pound regeneration programme for the area, 1 mile from Junction 1 of the M5.

The redevelopment of Society House on High Street has been welcomed by local councillors eager to meet the increased demand for housing due to rising numbers of people coming to the town.

The finished development will comprise of 120 one and two-bedroom apartments with a total of 111 on-site secure car parking spaces.
