The Exchange House project in central Wakefield is a mixed-use development comprising of four floors. The ground floor is made up of two retail units, one of which is let to a high-profile sports retailer and the other to a well-known food retailer. 

The three upper floors have been fully converted into 30 self-contained contemporary studio apartments. The windows have been replaced in the Empire brand, totally transforming the property into a vibrant modern redevelopment for an eager market.
