Located just off Infirmary street, the Lock Street plot will be transformed to welcome a wealth of high-end apartments just outside of Sheffield city centre.

The site is truly rich in history, having formerly been occupied by William Ellis and Sons Iron Foundry between 1900 and 1919. We’re in the planning phase to rebuild the historic plot to welcome 61 luxury apartments to the area.
