West Bromwich is known as a market town situated in the borough of Sandwell in the West Midlands of England and only 6.4 miles from Birmingham. While its history is in coal mining, West Bromwich is also well known for its varied metallurgical industries, such as the production of good-quality coiled springs.

The town of West Bromwich

Historic buildings in the town include a 13th-century moated manor house which has been repurposed as a restaurant, the 16th Century Oak House which is now a museum and also the Church of All Saints.

With a popular football team continuing to develop further interest in the area and various redevelopment projects also contributing, West Bromwich is an excellent place for new projects that will benefit the town and its inhabitants. We are proud to be bringing more affordable residential properties to the area.
